FairMoney is a licensed online lender, that provides instant loans to meet up urgent cash needs.

You need an Android phone. Download the FairMoney app here from the Google Play Store. Sign in with Facebook, answer a few questions, confirm your identity to receive a loan offer. If you accept it, you will receive your loan instantly on your preferred bank account!

You can also get a loan from FairMoney via Interswitch.

As of today, FairMoney offer loans from N10,000 – N40,000 for a period of 15 – 30 days.

The interest rate varies based on your credit scoring assessment, between 15% – 30%.

Didn’t get a loan! Any issue?

No document, no collateral!
You will only need to share your BVN during the loan application and connect your ATM card to authorize us to debit your account for the repayment.

Apologies on that, you can apply again in 15 days! It might be for different reasons:

  • Not enough information found on the phone: you should increase your phone usage (Calls/SMS) to be eligible.
  • You failed to repay another loan: this information was given by another loan provider. We’re sorry if it’s not true, don’t hesitate to apply again soon!
  • We decided not to give you a credit this time after analyzing your profile. Keep using your bank account with healthy revenues to get a loan soon.

Please do the following:
– Check that you’re using the right phone – the code was sent to the phone linked to your BVN
– Check that your network is good
– Check with your bank that your phone number was dialed correctly when you created your BVN

Please make sure you always use the same Facebook account when you apply for a loan, it should solve the problem.

Please do the following:

– Ask your bank to enable your card for online transactions. You should be able to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone.

– If the interface to enter the OTP is not working, please try with another browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox…)

– All card types are now accepted. (Visa, Verve & Mastercard)

The loan transfer should be done instantly – but can take up to 24 hours. Please bear with us. If not received after 24 hours, please send an email to help@fairmoney.ng

Loan Repayments

Click on the link given in the app to repay with your ATM card or repay via bank transfer or cash deposit to the following details;- Account Name: MyCredit, Bank Name: Stanbic IBTC, Account Number: 0023462495.
Please add the code given in the app to your transfer reference/description.
After the payment, please send an email to help@fairmoney.ng with a screenshot of your proof of payment.

Repayments with ATM cards are updated almost instantly. It takes up to 24 hours (1 business day) via bank transfer or cash deposit, please bear with us. Please don’t forget to send a screenshot of your proof of payment to help@fairmoney.ng

Please log in, you will find your customized dashboard that contains your credit status and/or all the details concerning your current balance.

Please note that due dates are fixed when your loan is approved. We do not currently reschedule due dates, please ensure that you make your repayment on/before the agreed due date to keep a good credit score for your next loan.

As soon as your previous loan repayment is updated, you can apply and get a new loan instantly!

Yes, your interest is calculated daily – you can find it in the app!

We are humans and understand that there is the unexpected and unforeseen situation that can occur.

However, we do not reschedule payment dates, you should take a loan only if you have the capacity to repay it to avoid:

  • Late fees (1.5% per day late)
  • Report to national credit bureaus – you will not be able to access loans from any company in the future
  • Suspension of your FairMoney account
  • Legal actions

Security and Privacy

We use world-class data security and encryption techniques to protect the data you share with us. Fairmoney never shares your information with third parties. We do not sell your data or credit profile.

We request for your BVN to verify your identity and make sure you didn’t default from other companies.

To know your BVN, dial *565*0# from the phone number linked to your bank account. Please note that your provider charges N20 for each check.

Send an email to help@fairmoney.ng to get the details of your loan and your repayment date. You can also sign in from another phone if possible.
